SortCam31 개인정보처리방침 시행일: 2026-07-04 SortCam31(이하 "앱")은 사용자의 사진이라는 민감한 정보를 다루므로, 개인정보를 수집·전송하지 않는 것을 최우선 원칙으로 합니다. 1. 수집하지 않는 정보 앱은 이름·연락처·계정·위치 등 개인 식별정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입이 없습니다. 2. 사진·동영상의 처리 - 촬영·편집한 사진과 동영상은 사용자 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. - 어떤 경우에도 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. - 위치(GPS) 정보는 사진에 기록하지 않습니다. 3. 얼굴 인식·카테고리 검색 - 인물(얼굴) 학습 데이터와 사물·동물 카테고리 인식은 전부 기기 안에서만 처리·저장됩니다. - 얼굴 데이터·사진은 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내 학습 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다. 4. 권한 사용 - 카메라: 사진·동영상 촬영 - 마이크: 동영상 녹음 시 음성 전용(사진·미리보기에서는 미사용) - 미디어/저장소: 기기의 사진·동영상 저장·조회. 다른 앱이 만든 사진(예: 스크린샷)을 편집할 때는 안드로이드 정책에 따라 해당 사진별로 OS 쓰기 동의를 받습니다. 모든 보기·편집 처리는 기기 안에서만 이뤄지며 외부로 전송하지 않습니다. - 위치 권한은 요청하지 않습니다. 5. 광고 - 앱은 Google AdMob 을 사용해 광고를 표시합니다(무료 기간을 연장하는 보상형 동영상, 갤러리 내 광고 등). - 광고 제공을 위해 Google AdMob 이 광고 식별자(Advertising ID)와 기기 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 이는 Google 이 처리하며 자세한 내용은 Google 정책을 참고하세요. - 사진·동영상은 절대 전송되지 않으며, 광고 제공에만 네트워크를 사용합니다. 유럽(EEA/영국)에서는 광고 표시 전 동의 화면이 나타날 수 있습니다. 6. 결제 - 앱은 Google Play 인앱결제를 통해 월 자동갱신 구독(월 US$0.99)을 제공합니다. 1회성 구매는 없습니다. - 결제수단·카드 정보는 Google Play 가 처리하며, 당사는 수집·저장하지 않습니다. - 구독은 Google Play 구독 화면에서 언제든 해지할 수 있으며, 해지 시 현재 결제 기간이 끝날 때 종료됩니다. 7. 이용 기한 정보 무료 이용 기한 관리를 위해 최초 설치 시각을 기기 내부에만 저장합니다. 외부로 전송하지 않습니다. 8. 제3자 제공 수집하는 개인정보가 없으므로 제3자에게 제공하는 정보가 없습니다. 9. 아동의 개인정보 앱은 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 10. 개인정보 관련 문의 개인정보 처리·열람·삭제 등 문의는 아래 연락처로 접수해 주세요. 문의: kmkim@koreage.co.kr 11. 방침 변경 본 방침이 변경되면 앱 내 고지 및 시행일 갱신으로 안내합니다. ────────────────────────────────────────── SortCam31 Privacy Policy Effective date: 2026-07-04 Because SortCam31 (the "App") handles sensitive information in the form of your photos, its top priority is to neither collect nor transmit your personal data. 1. Information We Do Not Collect The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, contacts, account, or location. There is no sign-up. 2. Handling of Photos and Videos - Photos and videos you capture or edit are stored only on your device. - Under no circumstances are they transmitted to any external server. - Location (GPS) information is not recorded in your photos. 3. Face Recognition and Category Search - Person (face) learning data and the recognition of object/animal categories are all processed and stored only on your device. - Face data and photos are not transmitted to any server. If you uninstall the App, the learning data on your device is deleted along with it. 4. Use of Permissions - Camera: capturing photos and videos - Microphone: audio only when recording video (not used for photos or preview) - Media/Storage: Store and view photos/videos on the device. When editing photos created by other apps (e.g., screenshots), the app requests OS write consent per photo as required by Android policy. All viewing and editing happens only on the device and is never transmitted externally. - We do not request location permission. 5. Advertising - The App uses Google AdMob to display ads (a rewarded video you can watch to extend your free period, and ads shown in the gallery). - To serve ads, Google AdMob may collect an advertising identifier (Advertising ID) and device information. This is handled by Google; see Google's policies for details. - Your photos and videos are never transmitted — only ad serving uses the network. In the EEA/UK, a consent screen may appear before ads are shown. 6. Payments - The App offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription (US$0.99/month) through Google Play in-app billing. There is no one-time purchase. - Payment and card information is handled by Google Play; we do not collect or store it. - You can cancel anytime in Google Play Subscriptions; billing stops at the end of the current period. 7. Usage Period Information To manage the free usage period, the time of first installation is stored only inside your device. It is not transmitted externally. 8. Provision to Third Parties Because no personal information is collected, there is no information provided to third parties. 9. Children's Personal Information The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children. 10.
